Saturday 19th May 2025 was a momentous day for the Saints U13s as it was their first ever big tournament win.

The lads, headed up by Team Manager Simon Williams, played out of their skins at the annual annual Junior Football Tournament held at Tadcaster Grammar School.

The U13s defeated local giants, Hamilton Panthers in the final on penalties 4-2 after a 0-0 draw to lift the cup in style on an open top bus!

A beaming Simon was understandably incredibly proud. "It was red hot day, and there was great determination from the entire team."

Congratulations boys – let's hope this is the first of many big tournament wins.
